Completing the picture is our Asset Management Portal, giving organisations greater visibility of what assets they have, where they are and their condition, while connecting inspections, maintenance and compliance information.

Together, these capabilities provide customers with something increasingly important: a clear view of risk across their organisation and the tools to act on it.

K-SOC Training Centre Builds on a Year of Success

More than a year since achieving Highfield accreditation, our K-SOC Training Centre continues to go from strength to strength, supporting our commitment to raising professional standards across the Public Space Surveillance (PSS) sector.

Based within KST’s Technology Monitoring Facility, the dedicated training centre provides a structured, industry-focused programme for both K-SOC colleagues and external candidates. Training combines essential theoretical knowledge with practical, real-world application, helping learners develop the skills and confidence required to operate effectively within today’s surveillance environments.

The curriculum covers key areas including surveillance operations, legislation, data protection, evidence gathering, incident management and industry best practice. This ensures candidates are not only working towards recognised qualifications but are also prepared for the responsibilities associated with protecting public spaces and supporting community safety.

Leading the programme is Ricky O’Sullivan, K-SOC Training Manager, a Highfield-accredited instructor with more than 11 years of security and surveillance industry experience. Under Ricky’s leadership, the programme continues to evolve to reflect current industry standards and operational requirements.

This continued success provides an important platform for sharing best practice, connecting with security professionals nationwide and championing the value of high-quality training across the PSS sector.
