We have an enhanced style of Project Management; our Project Managers are engaged from the start, liaising with relevant stakeholders, providing a programme of works that suits the client’s timescales, facilitating when equipment can be delivered, overseeing dependencies from third party contractors, making sure all involved are communicating to meet the requirements of the project and, of course, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and on budget.
We assign strict KPIs to every project utilising our DYMENSiON reporting platform. Our customers can get an accurate, real-time picture at site level enabling risk profiling and resource planning.
