Acquisitions & Investments

When CEO, Bob Forsyth joined KST in 2017, Kings Security was centred on the bricks and mortar retail sector, posing the potential for over exposure in a market which was contracting and seeing a change in buying habits from its core client base with online shopping starting to grow, making the old model less attractive.

The whole process of mobilisation and onboarding to KST was conducted in an exceptional manner, from start to finish. The preparation for the move between City Plumbing Supplies and KST was comprehensive. Collaboration was very good. The days of transfer were event free and smooth - with no major issues.
