Our Waking Watch Team will focus on Fire Safety and includes Fire WardensWatchmen, and Marshals. The team is highly qualified and skilled officers who have a duty of care to be vigilant, pro-active and to spot any changes which may compromise the safety of your respective sites.

Thanks to our network of fully trained SIA response officers, you can trust our security team to lock and unlock your premises at any time, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

We ensure the site is empty at closing time before following individual shut down procedures – including setting alarms and locking doors.

Time to Unlock

We can open up your site by disabling the alarm and welcoming your staff into work.

On Demand

We can provide key holding at a particular time or spontaneously. We are here to support you and your company’s needs.

Extra Support

We can provide extra services with lockdown patrols such as turning off PCs and switching off lights!

We offer fully supported key holding and alarm response for a variety of sectors including Education, Logistics and Distribution, Construction, Commercial, Public Sector and many more.

Our teams will be the first to respond when a CCTV or an alarm is activated. They check whether it’s a false alarm, call your emergency contacts where needed, decide whether to dispatch a mobile patrol officer to site and to call the emergency services.
