We are delighted to announce our strategic partnership with Permaconn, a market leader in secure communications technology, officially unveiled at KST Innovation Day 2025 and marking their entry into the UK market. This collaboration reflects our long-standing commitment to innovation and working with best‑in‑class partners to deliver advanced, flexible and high‑performance security solutions. As a launch Alarm Receiving Centre partner, our K‑SOC monitoring centre will support end users and installers as Permaconn’s renowned product suite is introduced to the UK, setting a new benchmark for reliable remote engineering. With a strong reputation across Australasia and the trust of thousands of security professionals, Permaconn’s arrival—backed by our infrastructure and expertise—promises a step-change in capability for UK organisations. As our COO Darren Gamage noted, this partnership strengthens our mission to deliver outstanding engineering excellence and client service, while Permaconn CEO Andrew Pears emphasised the shared focus on innovation and high‑performance solutions. Annual ESG Report
In 2025 we released of our first Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) report. This milestone highlights our commitment to sustainable practices, ethical governance and social responsibility. The report demonstrates our dedication to creating a positive impact on the environment, supporting our colleagues, and engaging with the communities we served. From reducing our carbon footprint to increasing diversity and supporting mental health, we embed responsible practices into every part of our business. The report not only measures our progress but also sets a clear direction for the future. By expanding renewable energy initiatives, enhancing diversity programmes, and increasing community engagement through our Kings Secure Tomorrow initiative, we remain committed to driving meaningful change.

In 2025, Kings Secure Technologies secured significant contract successes, including a major extension with Post Office Limited until 2029. These wins highlight KST’s longstanding reputation for delivering integrated security, fire, and life‑safety services across complex national estates.

Investing in Learning: Our New Learning Management System
In November, we launched a new Learning Management System (LMS) across our entire business. This investment marks an important step forward in how we train, develop and empower our people — all with one clear goal: delivering even better service and outcomes for our customers.
The new LMS provides every employee with access to engaging, up‑to‑date training resources designed to strengthen knowledge, skills and compliance across all areas of our operation. From onboarding and product knowledge to safety, leadership, and customer care, the platform ensures that our teams can continue learning, improving and staying aligned with the latest industry standards.

Cyber Essentials Certification
We are pleased to share that we have successfully achieved Cyber Essentials Plus certification. This is an important milestone in strengthening our security posture and demonstrates that we have met the government-backed, independently verified standard for cybersecurity.

We are proud to announce that we have successfully achieved the EcoVadis Certification at Bronze level! This outstanding accomplishment places us among the top 35% of all EcoVadis members worldwide, reflecting our collective commitment to sustainability and responsible business practices.
