KST REBRANDS TWO KEY SERVICES

01 November 2024 – We have rebranded two of our key services to align them to the Kings Secure Technologies Group strategy and long term approach to driving customer care and innovation.

Introducing K-SOC and PROTECT

Effective 01 November, Cougar Monitoring will be known as K-SOC (Kings Security Operations Centre), and Cougar Protect will be rebranded as PROTECT. This change reflects our dedication to staying ahead in the industry and offering unparalleled security solutions that are both cutting-edge and reliable.

Why the Rebranding?

The decision to rebrand was driven by our desire to better align our services within the KST group of companies, and with the evolving needs of our clients and the market. The names K-SOC and PROTECT are more than just new titles; they symbolise a renewed focus on innovation, security and customer satisfaction, alongside increased investment in the infrastructure to support growth.

  • K-SOC: This new name represents our state-of-the-art, Cat 1 EU-accredited Security Operations Centre, which leverages advanced technology and expertise to provide comprehensive monitoring services including; false alarm management, dedicated desks, along with lone worker, welfare & personnel management. With K-SOC, you can expect enhanced vigilance, quicker response times, and a more robust security framework
  • PROTECT: This service continues to offer the comprehensive protective measures you’ve come to rely on, but now under a name that signifies strength, reliability and proactive security solutions. From vacant property protection to temporary security solutions such as rapid deployment CCTV towers and emergency lock changes, PROTECT is designed to offer you peace of mind by safeguarding your assets against potential threats

What Does This Mean For Our Clients?

While our names are changing, our commitment remains steadfast. Our team of dedicated professionals will continue to provide the high-quality services and support our clients have come to expect from us. The rebranding will not affect the terms of existing contracts or the level of service received.

The whole process of mobilisation and onboarding to KST was conducted in an exceptional manner, from start to finish. Everything from the initial engagement with Quidvis to meeting the Fire Risk assessor on site, to receiving all the reports back in the SLA timeframe was second to none.
