New Business Sales Executive

We are seeking a driven New Business Sales Executive to help expand our client base and grow our business.

Key Purpose of the Job:

We are seeking a driven New Business Sales Executive to help expand our client base and grow our business.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and effectively promoting our products and services. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and utilising analytical skills to assess market trends.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across target sectors such as property management, financial sector, commercial, real estate, healthcare, education, construction, and hospitality etc.
  • Promote and sell Quidvis’ full suite of services, including Fire Risk Assessments, Fire Door Inspections, Fire Strategy Plans, and Legionella Support, to prospective clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers, including building owners, facilities managers, compliance officers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Conduct sales presentations, both in-person and virtually, to demonstrate the value of our services in ensuring fire safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by generating leads, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals in line with company objectives.
  • Work closely with the operations and technical teams to ensure customer needs are met and service delivery is aligned with client expectations.
  • Stay informed about industry regulations, standards, and trends, and share insights with the team to enhance our service offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to promote Quidvis services and build new business relationships.

Essential Requirements for the Job:

  • Strong understanding of the sales process, from prospecting through to closing.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Ability to explain technical services in a clear and compelling manner to non-technical clients.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently to achieve sales targets.
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel as part of the role.

Desirable Requirements for the Job:

  • Experience in sales, preferably within fire safety, compliance, risk management, or facilities management.
  • Knowledge of fire safety regulations, fire door compliance, and legionella control is an advantage (training will be provided if needed).
