Expansion of the Group has created an opportunity for an experienced Finance Business Partner or Financial Controller, to join our team on a full-time permanent basis working closely with the Group CFO and Business MD

Key responsibilities:

• Partner effectively with Business Unit Head to provide financial modelling and analysis
• Work closely with Business Unit Head on strategic financial planning
• Lead quarterly forecasting/budgeting for business unit
• Prepare and analyse monthly financial reporting for business unit
• Balance sheet reconciliations and ownership of the P&L and balance sheet for business unit
• Implement Group financial processes and controls into business unit

Key Skills & Experience:

• ACA/CIMA Qualified Accountant
• Advanced IT skills, especially Excel
• Flexibility to work away from home at short notice
• Strong analytic skills, with ability to show initiative in difficult situations and solve problems
• A strong communicator with an ability to influence at all levels, including at Board level
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Ability to show initiative in difficult situations and solve problems
• Ability to prioritise competing demands
