Account Manager
To serve as the primary contact and driving force behind the account delivery, ensuring seamless management and strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.

This role is pivotal in sustaining current client relationships while identifying opportunities for cross-selling and expanding service offerings.
Key Purpose of the Job:
To serve as the primary contact and driving force behind the account delivery, ensuring seamless management and strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
The ideal candidate will excel in maintaining and developing client accounts, providing comprehensive management across all group service lines, including invoicing, service, installation, and monitoring. This role is pivotal in sustaining current client relationships while identifying opportunities for cross-selling and expanding service offerings.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an annual account management and sales plan for each client within your portfolio, with objectives provided.
- Maintain regular contact and build strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organisations through visits and communications.
- Keep detailed electronic records for each account, including sales plans, pricing details, contracts, product ranges, forecasts, and quarterly strategic client plans, and present updates to the Director of Group Solutions.
- Ensure adherence to company processes and regulations, consistently updating them as needed.
- Prepare and execute action plans in alignment with the company’s code of ethics.
- Collaborate with the Director of Group Solutions on contract negotiations.
- Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance analyses and participate in monthly review meetings.
- Maximise business potential by promoting cross-selling opportunities and driving growth in recurring revenue through networking and relationship building.
- Provide support to the Director of Group Solutions and the bid department as needed.
- Address and resolve final account queries upon contract completion, ensuring successful invoice payments and supporting the credit control team with any issues.
- Deliver monthly performance and target reports to the Director of Group Solutions, covering sales, KPIs, client review meetings, debtors, SLAs, and URN status (templates will be provided).
- Coordinate with various departments to produce timely reports on deadlines, costs, and customer requirements.
- Identify and resolve customer concerns promptly.
