THE SERVICE

Tailored to your brand, KIS is an overarching intelligence service tool that effectively supports the management of your security estate.

Monitored alarm, CCTV, incident and service management events – all accessible via dashboards, reports, geo-spatial maps and link graphs.

MONITORING AND ALARMS

Data collected via the Kings Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) is presented in near real-time, so you are able to quickly and pro-actively make operational decisions.

Estate alarm activations can be overlaid with other internal and open-source data — quickly producing a single picture, identifying criminal patterns effecting your estate.

CALLS, VISITS AND INSTALLATIONS

Clearly see how many call outs and engineer visits you are getting across your estate. Drill down and download job dockets, operational checklists and certificates.

This information is displayed on geo-spatial maps, indicating potential costly hotspots, allowing you to manage your resources more effectively.

INCIDENTS

Critical incident records are captured, managed and easily retrieved.

Link incidents with other monitoring and alarm records, CCTV footage and subjects of interest. This allows you to make informed decisions on the risk of your security estate, with the benefit of detailed crime pattern analysis.

CCTV

View historic and live CCTV camera footage.

Access critical CCTV alarm events via interactive dashboards and reports – providing historic CCTV footage playback.

Also, you can securely view ‘live’ CCTV cameras at your premises at the click of a button.

SUBJECTS OF INTEREST

Record a full history of activity for subjects of interest, relating to criminal activity within your estate.

Use data to build relationship link graphs between subjects of interest, people, vehicles and other events.

PEOPLE

Collect suspect, witness and victim information.

This record type can be linked to all other types of record to build up clear patterns of crime, including who and what is involved, and where.

VEHICLES

Collect vehicle information involved in an incident.

This record type can be linked to all other types of record, including people, and be included in relationship link graphs to clearly show patterns of vehicle involvement.

DOCUMENTS & CASES

Document management provides the ability to upload any type of file into the platform, linking them to any type of record e.g. site, incident, etc.

As standard, this feature includes full version control, document bundles, ‘drag and drop’ upload, secure retrieval and image and video capture (directly from your Apple iPad or Android tablet).

Case management allows you to group any of the record types together into manageable ‘Case Folders’ – such as incidents, alarms, CCTV events, persons and vehicles etc.

BUSINESS E-FORM AND WORKFLOW

The platform has the capability to build bespoke workflows and data capture forms, to model and deliver your business processes.

This is demonstrated through our new Incident Recording and Management System

FINDING DATA AND VISUALISATION

Quickly and easily find current and historic data within the platform – with the ability to perform advanced logic-based searches as required.

Results of data in all cases can then be presented in various ways to aid understanding and access, which supports analytics.

KNOWLEDGE AND INTELLIGENCE MANAGEMENT

This feature empowers users to further enhance data, build relationships and provide in-depth insight.

Areas include:

  • Data sharing, following and categorisation
  • Link and relationship mapping
  • Multiple data visualisations
  • Site Risk Analysis
  • Location Risk Score
