Retail Risk - London 2016 - SmartCCTVLast Thursday (21st April) some of the Kings Security team headed to London for the world’s largest loss prevention conference, Retail Risk.  The event has become a mecca for senior retail risk and loss prevention professionals, and this year saw its busiest event yet.

At this event, we not only launched our brand new IP based security system in the Cloud; Kings SmartCCTV, but we also showcased the latest version of the Kings Intelligence Service (KIS), as well as officially launching our new website!  And the feedback we received was fantastic!

CEO; Anthony King also presented on the main stage, discussing how the security industry Anthony presentation - Bridging the Gapneeds to do more to help bridge the ever increasing gap that is being left by reduced police resources.  He also shared his opinions into how the industry needs to change and evolve in its mind-set of simply installing and walking away.  If you didn’t pick up a copy of the whitepaper to support this presentation and would like one, simply get in touch and we will send one out to you.

Founder of Retail Risk; Paul Bessant, commented on the event: “No retailer can simply go it alone in fighting crime. Our conference is designed to provide a unique platform for the exchange of ideas, to inspire risk and loss prevention executives and to help them beat the bad guys.”

Congratulations!

During the day, we were also running a business card raffle, with the chance to win a SONAS wireless hi-fi system.

Congratulations goes to Neil Cadden at Pets at Home who was the lucky winner!

Kings would like to thank everyone who came to visit us – it was a really busy day and we had a lot to show and demonstrate!
