**UPDATE – The new date for the skydive has been confirmed as Tuesday 6th September.**
**Sadly, due to adverse weather conditions, the sky-dive has been postponed until further notice. Keep an eye out on this post and our social channels for the new date.**
On Wednesday 3rd August, our friends at the England Police Rugby Union (who we are proud sponsors of) will be taking part in an amazing fundraising challenge, to raise money for the Police Treatment Centres, which look after thousands of injured and ill police officers every year.
The challenge – a 13,000 ft. tandem skydive with the Red Devils!
The team of 20 jumpers includes two Chief Constables; Mike Barton from Durham Police and Dee Collins from West Yorkshire Police, as well as one of our very own! Well done to Emma Harris; Kings’ Project Manager, who has joined the team and will be ‘taking the leap’ with them in just a couple of weeks’ time! She said:
“I’m really excited to be joining some of our friends at the England Police Rugby Union team in this event, helping to raise funds for the Police Treatment Centres. It’s a rather spectacular event, and despite being excited now, I’m not sure how I’ll feel when I’m 13,000 ft. up in the air!”
The money raised from this event will help to make sure that the Police Treatment Centres can continue to provide vital treatment and support, helping officers return to better health and get back to work sooner.

We wish Emma and the rest of the team partaking in the skydive at Langar Airfield in Nottingham good luck and commend them for taking part and raising money for such a worthy cause.
