Sue King wins this year’s Community Hero Award

Kings Security are very proud to congratulate Sue King, wife of the chairman James King for winning this year’s ‘Community Hero Award’ at the Yorkshire Awards Ceremony that was held  at the Leeds Hilton Hotel on Friday 14th October 2011.

Highlights of the ceremony will be shown on Look North tonight at 6.25pm together with an interview.

Sue King is the director of the Agape Project in Bradford. The Christian-based organisation provides rehabilitation to help drug users kick the habit and rebuild their lives.

It was for her services to the community for the last 13 years, working with kids on drugs that Sue was voted for by Look North viewers.

The Yorkshire Awards recognise people and organisations who have had an impact on Yorkshire and its people in some way, demonstrating their affection for, and commitment to, the county. The eight categories of awards recognise the many and varied achievements of different types of people in the county.

Sue absolutely deserves to win this and the sponsors aswel as the local should of continued to fund this brilliant project that supported this service that supported addicted young men in Bradford area that sure and family had guts to help with…

Shame on Bradford council for closing a such needed service to help young need come to terms and deal with their addiction and how to cope in life dealing to live with it..
