The ‘Home Screen’ normally displays the ‘Standard SLA and KPI Dashboard’ which consists of graphical visualisations of near real-time data including:

  • Critical Events (within the last 24 hours).
  • Service and Maintenance Calls Raised (current month).
  • Engineer Visits (last 24 hours).
  • Monitoring, including latest alarm statuses, activities and URN statuses within the last 24 hours.
  • Installations (Within the current month).
  • Incident Logged (last 24 hours).

You can easily drill down to details of the records which will be displayed geo-spatially in an interactive map and also in an interactive grid – from here data can be drilled down further, filtered, refined and exported / output into various formats for analysis.

Please Note: The ‘Home Screen’ can be configured to be any of the other dashboards or management screens

New Site Risk Analysis

The ‘New Site Risk Analysis’ tool provides the user with a map overlay highlighting risk areas based around any postcode entered. The geo-spatial data is inclusive of open source data, police data (data.police.co.uk) and Kings Security data.

The map displays:

  • All Incidents, Personal Attacks (confirmed and policed), Intruder Alarms (confirmed and policed) captured within DYMENSiON, within a chosen radius of the postcode and a configurable time-period.
  • All Police Event Data including Anti-Social Behaviour, Drugs, Burglary, Shoplifting and Robbery crime reports within 1 mile of the postcode (latest available data).
  • Other open source data collated in DYMENSiON.

By default, radius is set to 1 mile and time-period is 30 days.

Service Dashboard

The ‘Service Dashboard’ provides an overview and corresponding graphical visualisations of near real-time data including:

  • Reactive Calls (in the current month).
  • First Time Fix Service Calls (in the current month).
  • Outstanding Calls configurable by priority.
  • All in Day Corrective Calls.

You can easily drill down to details of the records which will be displayed geo-spatially in an interactive map and also in an interactive grid – from here data can be drilled down further, filtered, refined and exported / output into various formats for analysis.

Monitoring Dashboard

The ‘Monitoring Dashboard’ provides an overview and corresponding graphical visualisations of near real-time data including:

  • Top 10 CCTV Activation Sites on the estate (last 12 months) which is configurable by alarm type.
  • Top 10 Alarm Activation Sites on the estate (last 12 months) which is configurable by alarm type.
  • Top 10 False Alarm Sites on the estate (last 12 months).
  • Fire Alarm Tests undertaken or missed within a certain period.

Installations Dashboard

The ‘Installations Dashboard’ provides an overview and corresponding graphical visualisations of near real-time data including:

  • CCTV Installations (configurable by job type).
  • Intruder Installations (configurable by job type).
  • Access Systems (configurable by job type).
  • Fire Systems (configurable by job type).
  • Fire Extinguisher (configurable by job type).
  • Tagging (configurable by job type).

Maintenance Dashboard

The ‘Maintenance Dashboard’ displays an overview and corresponding graphical visualisations of near real-time data including:

  • Maintenance schedules for the next 13 months.
  • Engineer calls in the previous 13 months with multiple visits.
  • Calls completed in the previous 3 months.
  • Calls completed in the previous 12 months (due vs. completed vs. SLA).

Keyholder Dashboard

The ‘Key holder Dashboard’ displays an overview and corresponding graphical visualisations of near real-time data including:

  • Top 10 sites for contracted keyholder calls configurable by months.
  • Contracted key holder SLA’s configurable by type.
  • Calls for contracted key holders for the previous 12 months.
  • Weekly / yearly site patrol SLA’s.

Incidents Dashboard *

The ‘Incidents Dashboard’ provides an overview and corresponding graphical visualisations of near real-time data including:

  • Top 10 Sites based on Police Constabulary (configurable by constabulary).
  • Top 10 Sites based on Type of Incident (configurable by incident type).
  • Top 10 Sites based on Loss/Recovery value of Incidents (configurable by site).
  • Top 10 Sites based on how Incidents have been reported (configurable).
  • Top 10 Sites based on incidents by post town (ability to enter specific post code).
  • Top 10 sites based on Incidents raised on specific day of week/hour of day (configurable by days or hours).

All data is configurable to a 1, 3, 6, or 12 month period.

Management Dashboard *

The ‘Management Dashboard’ provides an overview and corresponding graphical visualisations of near real-time data including:

  • OneTouch Dispatch Management.
  • OneTouch Queue Management.
  • Auto Incidents Queue.
  • Incident Management.

You can easily drill down to details of the records which will be displayed geo-spatially in an interactive grid – from here data can be drilled down further, filtered, refined and exported / output into various formats for analysis.

Reports

The ‘Reports’ module provides a range of generic, cross client reports covering near real-time data on:

  • Calls
  • Visits
  • Incidents
  • Alarms
  • CCTV
  • Sites
  • One Touch App Events

The reports are made up of both tabular and geo-spatial data and can be filtered on specific sites and date ranges.

The data can be drilled into down further, refined and exported into various formats for analysis.

Alarm / Call / CCTV / Incident / Visit Search

The ‘Search’ page allows you to:

  • View summary lists of events logged allowing same screen ‘drill down’.
  • Configurable to view events logged within a specific date range.
  • Export data as a CSV file.
  • Links provided for each event will allow you to view the event details.
  • Search and filter events by customer, site code, site name and other types.

The ‘CCTV Search’ page also allows you to:

  • View live CCTV based on access rights.

The ‘Incident Search’ page also allows you to:

  • Utilise links provided to find details of specific incidents, and vehicles, people, evidence and other incidents linked to it.

The ‘Visit Search’ page also allows you to:

  • Review further details of each individual job such as job number, status, and any engineer notes or actions which have been completed.
  • Utilise links to find detail of visits, download and print specific job sheets associated with a particular visit.

Enables you to perform advanced search and filtering using logic such as ‘AND’, ‘OR’, ‘NOT’, ‘MATCH’, ‘IN’ and user defined keywords.

PDF Management *

The ‘PDF Management’ module gives you the ability to create PDF print files based on predefined template layouts including:

  • Standard print output for all the standard record types (Defaults)
  • Job sheets
  • Checklists eg. Inductions & Inspections
  • Health and Safety Forms
  • Witness Statements
  • People and Vehicle Information Sheets
  • Some or all of the records in a Case as a single PDF (book)
  • Any other customer specific output

Your generated PDF files are then available for you to download and print, but can only be seen by the creator.

Any PDF file generated by you can be promoted to be a ‘document’ and then managed in the secure document repository. This then means it can be shared securely via the platform or linked to other records as required.

Document Management *

The ‘Document Management’ module allows you to:

  • Upload (drag and drop) a single or multiple file set of any type, which is then treated as a ‘Document’ or document bundle within the system.
  • Link documents to either the profile or the customer level..
  • Link documents to specific record types such as a site, call, CCTV event, incident or person etc.
  • Add additional meta-data such as title, description and owner.
  • Fully version controlled.
  • Update previous uploaded documents.
  • Upload any images, videos and audio captured directly from your Apple or Android device.
  • Add chosen documents into a Case Folder.

Can be easily utilised as a complete secure document repository for any purpose

Case Management *

The ‘Case Management’ module allows you to:

  • Group any of the record types together into manageable ‘Case Folders’ – such as incidents, alarms, CCTV events, persons and vehicles etc.
  • Permissions control what type of item can be added to a specific case folder.
  • Share case folders via SMS or Email.
  • Print selected case folder details.
  • Search for specific case folders.
  • Add to case folders from specific record detail pages and from record grids.

This is part of the document management functionality within the system.

Incident Management *

The ‘Incident Management’ module allows you to:

  • Create, edit and view incident reports.
  • Displays a summary of incidents created within the last 7 days as default, this can be changed.
  • Search and filter incidents by ID, site code, site name, customer, incident type, details, caller, date, time etc.
  • Search for specific keywords which are included within an incident.
  • Create, review and verify links to other associated persons, vehicles and incidents.
  • Display entity link graphs visually displaying links between the incident and other incidents, persons and vehicles.
  • Add document evidence to a specific incident.
  • Ability to send multiple SMS, Emails and Data rich Push Notifications to groups of contacts informing them of critical incidents with real-time details of incidents, suspects, and vehicles directly to their device (based on membership and/ or location within a set radius in miles).
  • Group incidents into specific case folders.
  • Export data as a CSV file.

People Management *

The ‘People Management’ module allows you to:

  • Create, edit, and view person records.
  • Search and filter different parameters such as name, age, ethnicity, gender etc.
  • Enables you (with certain permissions) to control the retention period of a person record.
  • Create and view links to other associated persons, vehicles and incidents.
  • Display entity link graphs visually displaying links between the person and other persons, vehicles and incidents.
  • Add document evidence to a specific person.
  • Share a person record via Email or SMS.
  • Create a message blast to send real-time details of the person via SMS, Email or Push Notification.
  • Group people into specific case folders.

Vehicle Management *

The ‘Vehicle Management’ module allows you to:

  • Create, edit, and view vehicle records.
  • Search and filter different parameters such as make, model, colour, registration etc.
  • Create and view links to other associated persons, vehicles, and incidents.
  • Display entity link graphs visually displaying links between the vehicle and other vehicles, persons and incidents.
  • Add document evidence to a specific vehicle.
  • Share a vehicle record via Email or SMS.
  • Create a message blast to send real-time details of a vehicle via SMS, Email or Push Notification.
  • Group vehicles into specific case folders.

 OneTouch Queue Management *

The ‘OneTouch Queue Management’ module allows you to:

  • Displays incidents that have been raised via the DYMENSiON OneTouch App that have not been reviewed.
  • View and edit specific incidents raised by a OneTouch device, to remove from queue.
  • View a live map of queued incidents.
  • Search and filter incidents by ID, site code, site name, customer, incident type, caller name, date, time etc.

OneTouch allows raising of remote reports and other types of records that appear in real-time within the system to be managed here.

Patrol Management *

The ‘Patrol Management’ module works with DYMENSiON OneTouch devices and allows you to:

  • Manage current and outstanding patrols.
  • View the patrol details, incidents and events recorded and evidential media uploaded remotely via the OneTouch device.
  • Ensures adherence to plotted routes, managing incidents, and carrying out stop and search operations, while also supplying significant data capture for analysis.
  • Provides a managed experience which significantly improves reporting performance, whilst flexible enough to allow for common sense decisions.
  • Uses NFC tags to easily record the location of an incident that can be read by the device.
  • Search and filter patrols jobs by ID, Location, Route, Guard, event date, time, status etc.
  • Print displayed patrol routes and actions.

OneTouch Dispatch Management *

The ‘OneTouch Dispatch Management’ module works with DYMENSiON OneTouch devices and allows you to:

  • Displays dispatch jobs e.g key holder visits that are in progress.
  • Confirm, forward, reject, follow progress and acknowledge actions completed via OneTouch for a dispatch job.
  • Forward Push Notifications of dispatch job details to the OneTouch device.
  • Manage rejected, aborted, and completed job visits.
  • View a queued list of actions, accompanied with pre-set RAG status based on SLAs indicating duration thresholds between particular steps.
  • View the incidents and events recorded and evidential media uploaded remotely via the OneTouch device.
  • Search and filter dispatch jobs by ID, site code, site name, customer, postcode, event date, time, status etc.

Process Management *

The ‘Process Management’ module works with DYMENSiON OneTouch devices and allows you to:

  • Manage any type of process and actions in one view eg. Dispatch, Patrol and Site Inspection & Inductions.
  • View the process actions eg. Inspections, Incidents, Arrival on Site etc. in the order they were completed in a table.
  • View a comprehensive summary of the action without leaving the management page.
  • Acknowledge the completion of the process and commit it for reporting and analysis.
  • Apply date and other filters to find particular processes.
  • Print displayed records including associated media such as signatures and pictures taken as evidence.

Auto Incident Queue Management *

The ‘Auto Incident Queue Management’ page allows you to:

  • View and edit incidents which have been automatically created based on a critical event alarm or CCTV event.
  • View incident locations on a map displaying summary details.
  • Search and filter auto incidents by ID, site code, site name, customer, incident type, caller name, date, time etc.
  • Export data as a CSV file.
  • View incident locations on a map displaying summary details.

MessageBlast Contact And Group Admin *

The ‘MessageBlast Contact and Group Admin’ module allows you to manage data sharing and collaboration of information to relevant parties:

  • Create, edit, and delete Contact details such as name, Email, mobile, and postcode.
  • Enable contacts to receive SMS, Emails and / or Push Notifications.
  • Search, manage and add recipients in a specific group.
  • Contacts within these groups will receive ‘information’ and ‘critical event’ SMS, Emails or Data Rich Push Notifications (if selected) when using the message blast feature within other areas of DYMENSiON – often based on group membership and postcode location within a set radius in miles.
